Welcome to Write to Feel to Heal (W2F2H), a space dedicated to the transformative power of writing and education in healing and personal growth! My name is Libby Lyon, and I created this blog to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone looking for evidence-based knowledge regarding mental health as well as to assist with navigating life's challenges through the written word.

As a mental health professional with a background in trauma-informed care, I understand the profound impact that trauma and difficult emotions can have on our lives. I've spent over fifteen years working with children, teens, and their families, helping them process their experiences and find their paths to healing. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, which I've found to be incredibly effective, especially for adolescents and young adults.
